He has also owned and invested in small businesses, driving growth and successful exits. Most recently, Thomas led a $700M annual sales strategy, increasing deal sizes from $1M to over $10M by aligning solutions with customer needs. Combining corporate expertise with entrepreneurial insights, he helps clients maximize returns and business value. Thomas holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Florida A&M University and an MBA from Duke University. Based in Richmond, VA, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife of 24 years and their four children.
