I coach leadership teams on-site and virtually across the U.S. and internationally, but I prefer in-person meetings. These are more engaging and leadership teams need these meetings to get to know each other and deepen their trust relationship.Some clients prefer a hybrid rhythm — in-person for annual strategic planning sessions, and the mid-year quarterly meeting and virtual sessions in between. What matters most is consistency: a disciplined cadence that keeps your team executing like hell.
